"The Daily Nonsense report� showing on http://BruceDowns.Diaryland.com is just what the name implies, just nonsense. I update this nonsense everyday with links to a wide variety of weird, funny, strange, and just plain entertaining sites that the Internet, so frequently, provides us. On occasion I may feature links that doesn�t necessarily meet the previously mention criteria but are my personal thoughts and observations. I do put witty taglines on this nonsense and mail them to your mother on occasion, especially when you have been bad. So have fun, make comments, and come back often.

My father, the best man in the world

Yesterday morning my mom and I went to Gwinnett Medical center with my dad, Ron Downs, (retired from NS in April after 42 years of service) for him to have his heart scanned. It was discovered that he had 8 blockages in arteries near his heart. Dad was transferred to Emory-Crawford Long hospital and his surgery is scheduled for this morning at 8:00 AM. At this point the doctor believes that dad will need 3-5 bypasses.

The good news is that the blockages were found before he suffered a heart attack. The doctor told us that his heart is very strong and is in good condition.

Please include him and my family in your prayers especially from 8:00AM to 12:00 noon Eastern Time.
